Privacy policy
Last updated October 3, 2026. Plain English: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted any time.
Who we are
Dooralytics (dooralytics.com) is a free site that analyzes rental properties for investors. Questions about this policy: willjoneswjj@gmail.com.
If you just browse
You can use every analysis on the site without an account. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. Maps load from Google Maps, which is covered by Google's privacy policy. Your light/dark mode choice is saved in your own browser.
If you create an account
We store:
- Sign-in details: your email address. If you continue with Google, Google shares your name, email and profile picture with us; we use only your name and email. If you use a password, it's stored as a one-way hash we can't read.
- What you save: the properties on your target list, their status, your notes and offer amounts, and the shopping preferences on your profile (cities, max price, minimum units).
We use this only to run your account and show you your list. Your list is private to you: our database rules prevent anyone else, including other users, from seeing it. We don't sell, rent or share your information with advertisers. We may email you about your account (for example, to confirm your email or reset your password).
Who processes it for us
- Supabase stores accounts and saved lists (hosted in the United States).
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Google provides maps and, if you choose it, sign-in.
Deleting your data
Email willjoneswjj@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll delete the account and everything saved with it. You can also remove any saved property yourself at any time.
Children
The site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll tell account holders by email.
