What the site is
Dooralytics gives free, educational estimates about rental properties: rents, costs, cash flow, break-even prices and long-run comparisons with the stock market. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or real estate advice, and we are not your agent, broker or advisor.
Estimates can be wrong
Our numbers come from listing data, public records and models that make assumptions (rents, vacancy, repairs, interest rates, growth). Listings change and records have errors. Always verify with an inspection, the actual leases and rent roll, a lender, and licensed professionals before you make an offer or buy. You're responsible for your decisions; we aren't liable for losses from relying on the site.
Listing information
Listing details are provided by third parties and are believed reliable but not guaranteed. Listings may have sold, changed or been withdrawn. Contact the listing brokerage for current information.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. One account per person. You can delete your account any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that abuse the site.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape or bulk-download the site, try to break or overload it, access other people's data, or use it for anything unlawful. You may share links and quote individual analyses with credit to Dooralytics.
No warranty; limits
The site is provided "as is" and may be unavailable or change at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, Dooralytics and its operators aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to $100.
Changes and law
